The 2010 rate is a sponsorship of two choices:
$3,850.00 (U.S.) for two day show with no charge to the public,
or
$3,300.00 (U.S.) for two day with Stepping Stones to Aviation
charging the public $5.00 per child.

or
$2,200.00 (U.S.) for one day shows with Stepping Stones to
Aviation charging the public $5.00 per child.
Mileage is $1.00 (U.S.) per mile of round trip mileage with a
$300.00 minimum.
Space requirements on the airfield are 125 by 125 on a hard,
smooth surface.
Hotel rooms (3) shall be nonsmoking with adjoining rooms if at
all possible. One of the rooms may have a kingsize bed. Our arrival
time is on the Thursday before the show with departure on the Monday
after the show.
Courtesy car (SUV) is for 4 adults. Airshow will provide 4
passes/badges for Stepping Stones to Aviations personnel to attend
performer parties/activities, performer tent on airfield, etc. for
performer status.
Our 24 ft. trailer needs to be parked next to our field setup for
airplane protection and security needs. Airshow shall provide
security for Program setup and trailer at all times while on the
field. 100 sand bags are needed to weigh down our barriers
We are happy to participate in any preshow activities that are
planned for Friday after completion of our setup by noon on Friday,
weather permitting. Prior arrangements can be made if preshow is
earlier than noon on Friday. Space is available on our trailer or
field barricades for any sponsor advertising you wish to do. If the
public is charged for our participation at any preshow event, then
the day is considered a workday and charged at the sponsor rate.
Our program is best utilized by placing us nearer to show center
where everyone can see the Program in action. Since Stepping Stones
to Aviation is an educational Program - we are not able to teach or
talk to the children if we are in a area with loud music or near to
carnivals where we may interfere with their business.
We can also provide additional photos or write-ups for you as
needed for media coverage or airshow brochure. Our Program can handle
1,000 Children each airshow weekend.
